Looking for some “hands-free” time? Check out Tumble Tikes! Our drop-off program for ages 2-4 years. Tumble Tikes is available twice per week from 9:30am-1:15pm. Your little one will learn gymnastics, participate in crafts & science experiments, socialize with friends, learn early education skills, dance, play & more!

CANCELLED EVENTS: General Gymnastics & Basics Tumble Clinic is cancelled this Thursday March 19th
PLEASE NOTE! We are CLOSED this Saturday. This closing was already pre-scheduled and is not related to coronavirus social isolation efforts.
As a reminder- if your child or anyone in the household (anyone they have been in close contact with) has traveled out of the country you are not permitted into the gym until after April 3rd.

Our gymnastics camp is highly
instructional with a low student :
teacher ratio. We divide
students up into age & ability
groups for event training.
Students receive instruction on
bars, beam, tumbling, & vault
everyday.
Students also participate in a
Progression Skill Segment which
focuses on drills related to one
specific skill. The PSS develops
body control, increases strength,
& creates good form. Additional
Instructional camp segments
on stretches, strength, games,
crafts, acro, cheer, & dance.
Last weekend Acro Fit Gymnastics team competed in the Florida State Championships! Ages 4-18 represented the Acro Fit team competing in Levels 1-8. Many of our gymnast’s landed in the top 3 on events as well as all-around. 21 Acro Fit gymnast’s took home the Individual Sate Champion Title! Many of these girls will go on to represent Acro Fit & Team Florida at the National Championship this June in Orlando!
